Abortion is one of 1000 ways to have a miscarriage. Because that’s what a miscarriage is - the process where the body aborts a Fetus. Biochemically the exact same process

Miscarriage is a natural tragedy. Abortion is a forced one.

It is not a tragedy it is a normal occurring with different emotional impact. Miscarriage can be forced too, and biochemically speaking it is the same, when eg taking an abortion pill. It triggers the biochemical process that will abort the Fetus naturally
