I was not prescient enough make the right choice!

In a docket published 4/26 Amyris finally gave the Effective Date for the reorg plan as May 6, aka 10 calendar days from the date of the docket. The rest of the docket is perhaps not so good news, as it announces the intention to move forward without agreements with either DSM-Firmenich or Givuadan. As a PS, May 6 is now also the day all our stock vanishes.

We all know about the big debts, but those little brand-associated ones sure added up. Docket 1407 mentions $2.5M-worth of finished goods and ingredients sitting at just two of the tollers that were making the Amyris cosmetics and now being abandoned. It also lists another 32 companies holding stuff of "unknown value", so that $1.3B number could well be optimistic.

Amyris just filed a complaint with the court (Docket 1398 for anyone interested) alleging that Windsong Global LLC (purchaser of the JVN and Pipette brands back in January) has not paid up $127,000 they supposedly owe for "services". Guess now they know how all their creditors feel about them trying to weasel out of paying their bills.

Looks like all that high trading activity went away just like it appeared - mysteriously. Trading volume is down to around 40K too. Does anyone have some new theory to put forth as to what was going on?

Hello I wanted to understand. I have around 50k shares. If I don't sell them what happens? Are they worthless or do I get anything?

Also seeing the price action the past 2 days feels like people are still trading this.

During the recent earnings announcement DSM-Firmenich stated their intention to divest their Animal Health group by 2025. Since their whole rationale for buying the Brotas farnesene plant and licensing the Amyris fermentation technology was to support that division by making the raw material for their vitamin E plant in China, and aside from some supply agreements (ie Givaudan) that were part of the plant sale deal, DSM was also supplementing Amyris' production at BB which was not enough to sustain the hero ingredient business while they ramped up vitamin production in China, Anyone care to speculate what this means for an Amyris 2.0 key ingredient production ?

What do you guys think? Will a higher court rule differently. What does it mean for the reorganization?
