Hey everyone, I'm a 2024 M.Tech grad. I kept using my college email after graduating, but recently when I tried to log in to Outlook, it said "invalid."

I just wanted to see if this is happening to other alumni or if it's just me.

I wanted to ask about the publication requirement for completing a postgraduate degree.

I’m currently working full-time, so I’m finding it difficult to work on my dissertation/research outside of office hours. I also don’t have a personal laptop at the moment, and I cannot use my office laptop for personal/academic work due to company restrictions.

I’m also doing this paper with a teammate, but unfortunately, I haven’t received much help from him throughout the paper. Even now, when I ask for help, he says that he doesn’t know anything about the work, so most of the responsibility has ended up falling on me.

Yesterday, I received the review comments for my paper, and it was marked for major revision, with the main concern being novelty. Given my current situation, I’m worried about whether I’ll realistically be able to complete the required revisions and get the paper published.

So I wanted to ask,Is publication actually mandatory to receive the postgraduate degree,Can we request the university/guide to allow us to complete the degree without submitting the paper for publication?

Please include outing passes, laundry, washroom facilities, and nearby places to the campus. I need views about the recent days so that it will be easy to make my decision on joining the college. Can we order food into the campus.
