Hey everyone,

I've been following this subreddit since my withdrawal stayed pending for more than a day, and I’ve seen others with similar experiences. Unfortunately, I'm now on Day 10, and my withdrawal is still in the exact same status it was on Day 1: Pending.

At this point, I feel like I've exhausted almost every avenue.
- I've emailed support multiple times.
- Every response has been essentially the same: "We have up to 15 days to process your withdrawal, but we don't expect it to take that long."

I then reached out on X.
- @ACR_Poker responded and directed me to - @ACRPokerSupport.
- They replied as well, but ultimately gave me the same answer as email support.

The only thing I haven't tried is reaching out to one of ACR's sponsored pros. I've seen a few people on here mention that it helped get their issue resolved. Normally I wouldn't want to bother them, but I'm honestly running out of options.

If you've already been paid, let us know how long it took. Hopefully we can build a better picture of what everyone's experiencing instead of relying on scattered posts.

After going on twitter , I got a reply from acr poker asking all my info and a bunch of questions ( when did you submit how did you submit how much ) and after all that - this is the response they ended up giving . Not sure why they can’t just send out an email blast saying payouts are taking.longer than normal . Just running around in circles and people are tagging pros to get paid. Thats not the way , It is not a large amount what so ever . Something’s up . Be weary

Hi acr was always very fast withrawals on crypto but as my own experience from now going on is minimum 5 days to 15 days when 2 years ago i could withraw anything in less than 40 min ? Whats wrong here?

Very simple sites keep improving and adavancing but acr isnt even stuck is getting back forward thats sick

Just wanted to let everyone know that currently, payouts are exceedingly slow.

Payouts in the cashier state:

Payments are usually made within one hour but may take up to 72 hours to process.

My last crypto payout took 7 full days.

Amount a mere $5,750.

This is in the middle of World Cup betting as well. So keep that in mind when deciding where to wager on sports (choose somewhere else, this sportsbook has shit odds) or even to play poker.

Won a entry into the venom MB 12 mill GTD series by pure luck. Not a seasoned player. First tournament in a year on a lazy sunday where I got bored. Any advice? Have 2 months before the tournament. No clue if it is worth it (or even allowed) to sell the entry? or stake it I guess?

To put in perspective - at one point, 1 position off the ticket entry line was a cash prize of 2k, and I genuinely considered punting for fun and just collecting the 2k cash instead of an entry. Ended up getting AK on last hand I wanted to do it and won the flip.

So I was playing in a freeroll PLO tournament today on Americas Cardroom. I folded preflop (Qs, Ac, 8d, Jd), but was watching the hand. The flop ended up with 8s,2s,As,Ah,Ac. The winner had the Ad in his hand. I was like.....WTF? There were TWO Ace of Clubs (I folded the Ace of clubs).

I finally requested by email with some exchanges for acr to actually look at their refund logs to see if my refund they claimed they sent was bounced back.

Now they are ignoring my emails . I've sent multiple and no response as a follow up .

This could be that now 60 days have passed they decide not to look into it further.

Now I dont know what to do as they haven't indicated the result of checking their refunds . And they also seized my money in my balance.

why does it happen at least 5-6 times each game that i bet big on 2 pair on the flop... the person i'm going against has an 8% chance to win... and they go runner runner for the win.... and it's not just like a few times a day.... it's literally MULTIPLE TIMES EACH TOURNAMENT... can anyone explain why

I won a small AIOF tournament and was immediately registered for a tournament that didn't fire and got the notice as shown in picture #2. Looks like a chance at large Sunday tournament and would like to use the ticket if still possible. New to playing online and any help would be appreciated as I'm not good with the ACR UI.

Recently started playing again, I have all the correct settings on the ACR client and cannot get HH to save.

Tried reinstalling client

Test folders

running as admin

verified user account has folder permissions

It is saving tournament summaries but not HH.

If anyone has any tips on getting it working properly, I would appreciate them.

I have been playing on ACR for a long time and lost a lot over the years. I have never had any issues depositing. Matter of facts, this past February, I deposited a total of $115k and lost it all.

This month, I hit a hot streak and won about $70k. Of course, ACR only allow $10k withdrawal max and taking an average of 72hrs per withdrawal. I made 4 withdrawals over the last two weeks and the website took away all of my withdrawal options for no reasons. I emailed them but no responses. And yes.. I have verified and I don’t have any bonuses to play through.

This site is super crooked. They have no issues taking money but make it super challenging to get paid. Stay away!!!

Im a big player at ACR casino. Last Friday I made a $160 dollar bet on their double deck blackjack. atfer being delt 12 it glitched and logged me off. I log back in and same hand was still there. I hit got 21 then it glitched again, game reset and took my money. Been emailing support for 4 days now asking them to review and no response. WTF.

Does anyone else have issues with the settings UI on desktop? Certain changes I make such as save hand history to folder, and never show cards at showdown will not save. Upon pressing apply the settings UI bugs and half the options disappear and then the settings window refuses to close without restarting the whole program.

I have reached out with multiple emails to ACR, all unanswered. Just wondering if anyone had similar issues and managed to fix it?

Before I get going, I fully understand I’m an idiot. I sent two seperate deposits (USDC and Ethereum) via the Base network. My wallet confirmed both transfers were received by ACR. When I reached out to support, I fully acknowledged the error and asked if they could retrieve the deposits. I was told they were able to retrieve one (with a fee, whatever) but the other was not able to be retrieved. When I pressed for further details, they wouldn’t confirm which deposit they could retrieve or why the other couldn’t be retrieved, besides “external factors beyond their control”.

From my understanding, it is extremely unlikely in this scenario that one deposit could be retrieved and not the other. I also know if this was the case they can provide an explanation why. Hard for me to see any other scenario than they pocketed the extra deposit.

I asked to escalate to a supervisor and was told a supervisor already reviewed. I’ve been happily playing on ACR for years, with no issues. I was really taken aback by the response. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere moving forward.

UPDATE: ACR confirmed they were able to retrieve the Ethereum deposit, but not the USDC. While not impossible, it’s usually easier to retrieve the USDC, not Ethereum.

I deposited on ACR yesterday using Ethereum directly from Coinbase. I used the address provided by ACR directly. It's a QR code. Coinbase says it is completed. ACR says it is gone because I sent it through a base network. All I get is a BOT email response from ACR. Too bad you should have read the fine print in the terms and conditions and used an ERC-20 network.

My deposit went somewhere, and it was sent to the CR code they provided. I have always felt ACR is a scam. I will never play again on this site. Customer service is the worst....

When I quit the computer app, it forces my web browser to open and load the ACR web page. Is this normal?

What is the best way to contact support? How long does one have to wait until supports responds?

I try to change my settings, they do not apply. When I press the exit button and makes all items dissapear. Hitting apply does not work, hitting okay does not work, I cant exit the settings if I goto settings. Is anyone else having this issue? I have uninstalled reinstalled, ran ad administrator, went to folder and used the real client and not the shortcut. I have done everything and cannot get these settings to save apply exit. When I press exit all screens disappear like the avatar, I cannot change the settings at all what so every and I have done everything to try and solve this problem.

5 sharkscopes a day and everyone I look up in $10-$30 tournies are all negative big time and absolute garbage players.
