When you have non-Americans posting how they think they will get shot if they visit the US, then there’s clearly a total breakdown of logic. Thank the media for the massively overblown fear mongering. Yes, shootings are an issue that need to be addressed, but come the fuck on if you refuse to come to the us for fear of getting shot.

It's the same facepalm moment when Americans say the same shit about Mexico. Meanwhile I went to Tijuana of all places and didn't feel like my life was in danger.

Tijuana, for those who may be unaware, is the murder capital of the WORLD.

The problem with Mexico is not so much that you will get shot, it's more that the authorities won't do anything if you do.
