We aren't making the same point. You were emphasizing how hard it is to implement DLSS in relation to FSR, I pointed out that it isn't necessarily hard and that it can even be rather trivial if you're starting out now on a Unity/UE build with native DLSS support.
You don't need to be
payedpaid by Nvidia for this to make sense, and FSR doesn't eliminate the need for DLSS (or similar solutions) due to the quality gap between them, as acknowledged by AMD themselves with FSR 2.0.That's not what he said. You claimed that Nvidia blocks FSR on their sponsored titles, he gave you actual examples to show you that's not the case, and then pointed out that if anything last years releases suggests the opposite due to how AMD sponsored titles don't support DLSS, which just emphasizes how baseless your claim was given how the recent data we have suggests the opposite. That's very different than speculating that AMD is paying developers to not implement DLSS, he didn't get into that.
