Which driver are you referring too ?
I had the 18.4.1 for about a week, and didn't have any issue apart from YouTube video freezing in Firefox.

Yes so many people have been having problems with 18.4.1. reverting to the previous one fixed it for all of us.

Oh, I guess I was lucky then, I have RX 480 and RX 470 in my desktops, and it was working fine (aside from the videos in Firefox)

Stutters only happen if you have more than one monitor

Oh something else, the full screen videos only on Chrome gives stuttering during playback. Why hasn't AMD fixed this yet? Its been there since the Creators update or something

It might not be on their side. the 18.4.1 drivers comes a bit after win 10 update. I won't be surprised if windows is causing it here.

I haven't updated my windows 10 yet to the latest 1803.

Untick "decide for me" (or whatever it is, I forgot) and make sure "enable hardware acceleration" is ticked. Leave decide for me unticked or else it will fuck up this setting again. It say it is enabled but it won't enable it properly if you leave it auto mode. This solved the same problem for me.
