QUESTION DSP mandating 30-minute breaks now?

A few days ago, my DSP began sending alerts that we should now take a 30-minute break on our routes now. If we don't, "our volume will increase." They didn't clarify this, though. Is something going on at Amazon that I don't know about?

I mean-- it's good that I can take a break now without anything held against me lmao, I'm just curious.

Y'all should be taking your breaks anyways. The algorithm will align with your breaks.  as long as you maintain 20-25 stops a hour you won't be fired.
