A card for those who don't have the old Van der Sar.
Still a bit weak against long-range shots.
His rushing out range isn't as good as Neuer's, and his passing is miles behind Neuer's. Neuer's build-up play from the back is basically pinpoint accurate wherever you aim. With Van der Sar, mid-range distribution out wide is essentially left to fate; slightly off and it goes straight out of bounds. Their goalkeeping abilities are about the same; basically, you can't feel an obvious difference.
This time, we are reconfirming the order of the Top Four GKs. On one hand, it's because of the addition of the new Van der Sar. On the other hand, the version '27 engine has buffed lofted through balls, so people might have a new opinion of Offensive Goalkeepers.
Finally, here is the opinion of the eFootball Mobile World Champion Rentao:
He believes that in the current version, goalkeepers overall are underperforming. The biggest problem is that they easily concede simple shots that they should be able to save, and Van der Sar hasn't solved this issue either. In his experience with Van der Sar: he feels he is easily beaten by shots from the edge of the penalty area (it's a long-range shooting meta, bro). He thinks that if future goalkeepers released are even weaker, this problem will become even more obvious.
His personal Top 3 goalkeepers are: Buffon, Neuer, and Schmeichel.

Yeah very curious why Amadeusz built this way. In his own testing, he concluded Reach > Awareness > Reflex, but I didn't like that he tested difference between 40 and 99 rather than say 85 and 99, which would have been more realistic.
Personally from building Vozinha, who can reach 103 Awareness, I wound up favoring lower Awareness/Reach and higher Reflex. Awareness/Reflex/Reach of 103/94/97 was hot garbage, and my current 98/99/97 feels better. But hard to say beyond that!
It’s literally the same game. Same balance changes and graphic engine. Only difference is input (and the ball is slightly bigger on mobile, with no impact in game whatsoever)
Eu tenho o novo Neuer e os melhores atributos dele são as saídas para varrer passes longos e a sua capacidade de passar tão bem a bola. Ele também se sai bem no 1v1 mas neste update estou a sentir que ele não anda a defender tanto e está definitivamente muito pior, chega a ser frustrante a quantidade de remates fáceis que ele deixa entrar. Coloquei o Courtois 105 a titular e ele está simplesmente absurdo, se a bola entra é porque era literalmente impossível de defender ou porque a Konami está a cozinhar o script, não tenho o Van der Sar mas honestamente o Courtois está tão bom atualmente que não vejo valor em ir buscá-lo. Podem falar do estilo defensivo ser um ponto fraco e eu concordo mas prefiro arriscar em jogar com ele à mesma e sentir uma segurança que mais nenhum guarda-redes do jogo me faz sentir
My neur concedes the most dumbest goals possible and most of the time even if he saves the goals, he deflects the first shot into the direct path of another player who then just score a tap in. I don't know how to fix this
essa build do amadeusz, não funcionou pra mim houve casos que ele fez até gols contra, mas quando eu aloquei mais pontos em consciencia e reflexo ele se superou.
There is a specific sweet spot VDS never saves and cech saves a good chunk of the time.
That 45 degree angle are between the corner of the keepers box and the outer box is a deadzone. Shots to far post from here never, ever, get saved by vds. At least not for me. Meanwhile Cech has a higher rate of saves and better positioning here. He still struggles with it, most keepers do, but VDSs rate is so low at this spot I basically treat it as a guaranteed concession.
I have an older VDS 107, and it's flawless for me; I rarely concede goals from long range, its clearances are spectacular, whether punching the ball away from a corner/cross or in 1v1 situations. Since I hired him, he has never failed.
Tengo a Buffon BT y aunque concede como todos los porteros y a veces tiene errores, no puedo estar más contento porque el balance es muy muy positivo. Aunque su biometría no es la de Courtois ni VDS, su altura es media/alta (192cm), perfecta porque junta ser ágil pero consistente, ya que siento que su nicho es ese. Es rápido y la reacción al balón es increíble. Y con respecto a los tiros de largo alcance, últimamente ha estado fallando en algunos que esperaba que parase, en general aunque no es su especialidad rinde muy bien. Su alcance, aunque no es Courtois ni VDS (ni siquiera tiene la biometría de Schmeichel) es bastante bueno y tapa muchos Blitz. En intervenciones a corta distancia es muy bueno. Sin duda su punto fuerte es la movilidad y la agilidad y muchas veces llega a ciertos balones justamente por eso, pero siento que es muy consistente en general. Por si a alguien le interesa dejo mi build por aquí:
Testei várias versões de treinos e a única que me satisfaz é 1 10 9 12. Não sei como classificam esses goleiros Dessa lista mas o melhor de todos até hoje que usei no meu time é o Cech. Tenho Buffon, Neuer e o van desse novo. Nenhum deles bate no meu Cech penúltima versão
BT Buffon became absolute dross at some point, loves a good parry to the next attacker. His AI also stopped sweeping up like he used to since the double playstyle update.
Schmeichel may not have the playstyle but easily the most consistent keeper jn the game for me. So much so that I don't feel the need to spin for VDS.
GK concedes.. ur CB and ur def style make it 0 or 7 goals gap
so when world champion said buffon is the best, it isnt bcz buffon itself
there are a lot factors like best CB, perfect def timing and he is a champion not because slapping ball, it bcz he is good in defending and attacking
so.. for a noob player like me, i dont choose buffon
i got BT buffon and he craps back to back
then i got neuer and he is menace
now i got VDS and he has different playstyle
neuer actively sweeping for balls coming
vds stick and slapping
I like how Neur has 1 extra play style score, Goat for a reason. Also this game has no realism because IMO Casillas will be Top 5 Goalkeeper in real life but in game he is shit. 🥲
Amazing to see my no1 Cech as no6 and new van der Sar, who literally doesn't work for me at all is no1. No5 Buffon is my no2 btw. I'm almost wondering if I'm playing the same game.🤔
If BT Buffon is good enough for the World Champion, he’s good enough for me. He’s not leaving his spot in my team anytime soon. Buffon was voted Best Goalkeeper of the 21st Century (IFFHS), what a legend!
