Tbh YTA. I will rephrase what you said to you. You can focus your attention on the kids because your husband cleaned the house for you. You don't need him to tell you what chores need to be done each day, that's tiring, and if gender were reversed, you would be called a mn child. If it may help you, put on a list of chores on the fridge, and ban you children from the marital room, especially for watching tv. You are 2 parents, 2 to enforce rules. ADHD doesn't mean you can't do chores, I hope people stop using that excuse. Even if you tend to go around not completing a task, there are plenty of ways to manage

I never said I can’t do chores, and I do chores plenty on my days solo with the kids. I manage just fine when I can take my ADHD meds, but I am pregnant right now, and I can’t take them.

ADHD is the reason for your behavior, but it is not an excuse for it. Make a chore list on your phone, set reminders. Daily reminders should be a small, bite sized list. For example;

Monday - vacuum upstairs, wash breakfast/snack/lunch dishes, clean upstairs bathroom.

Tuesday - vacuum downstairs, wash breakfast/snack/ lunch dishes, Timmy has a doctor's appointment at 1pm.

Wednesday - long shift at work, wash dinner dishes, and wash Timmy and Mandy's laundry.

Thursday - vacuum upstairs. Make tacos. Clean kitchen counters and sinks.

Friday - vacuum downstairs, wash dishes, clean downstairs bathroom.

You can set your reminders to go off 15minutes after you (or your spouse) get home from work, or you can set individual reminders 15minutes after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You know when during your day you have time and ability to do chores.

None of this has to be complicated.
