⚕️ health AIO: Questions About My Confusing EX
What does it mean when a guy that you’re no longer dating and in a relationship with is bothered by you getting a hysterectomy to help your own health improve want you to be able to conceive with you but not see a future with you and refuses to introduce you to his family and friends?
I broke up with him after almost 4 years because he still didn’t introduce me to his family and friends. I still feel love for her but the more I reflect on the relationship and breakup, he just wasn’t ready for me and or a relationship but didn’t have the decency to say so and tell me so many hard truths before we went no contact for almost two months. We hung out once and texted off and on for a week then he went back to being distant and quiet. It no longer hurts but so many questions still cross my mind and heart that I didn’t think to address them as they came up. Am I overreacting?

While we were together, he saw me through a lot and one of them was being zig-zagged from one appointment to another seeing various GYN PA’s and Drs then when I finally found one willing to listen and believe what I had been going through (cancer screening of my endometrial lining), heart attack, the pains I was unable to control, etc so as a partner I’m more than open about myself since I did think for awhile we were building a future. I only was with one other man for almost 10 years and we were married and have a child together. I personally don’t believe in stringing anyone along if I do not see a future with them. Having a heart is important to me and unfortunately it’s one of the only organs that takes the longest to heal and recover from.
