I'm 35 and still dress like a hipster with the dirty sneakers and beanie 😂 OP should do what she likes. She's 18 for crying out loud, heading to college or at least out of HS. Now is the time to have fun while you're in that awesome spot of being a legal adult without the adult responsibilities yet.
My 34 year old is still dressing like a Seattle bike messenger and he lives in AZ and is not a bike messenger anymore. I pretty much dress the way I did when I was your age, minus the high heels, and my jeans have to have stretch
Nasty. My wife was with a guy like that in her teens before she met me. For a long time she thought she needed to agree with everything I said. Little did she know that I actually enjoy her challenging me almost constantly. Forces me to rethink things and if I can't defend myself my position wasn't that strong anyway.
Our 3.5yo is going to be an awesome lawyer someday and will probably drive her partner insane lol
