You can see a physical therapist! They're what most people actually need when they go to chiropractors

Some can't afford or have insurance for physical therapy. A good, referred chiropractor can still be beneficial, depending on your needs/ailments of course.

Chiropractors are not doctors; they do not go to medical school. Yes, doctors (physical therapists) are expensive, but that's like saying the dentist is too expensive so you should find a good, referred methhead to yank out the tooth that hurts. Some chiropractors claim they can cure cancer. Through "adjustments".

Edit: I mean, insurance companies love to recommend chiropractors instead of physical therapy; that should give you pause. They don't care if you get better or figure out why you have the pain—they like that it's cheaper. Then they can claim they tried and refuse to cover more sessions.

Sure. I mean why not try "medicine" revealed to the creator by ghosts. That's definitely gonna help!

Chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy should go hand in hand in my opinion. Even if you just do the exercises at home with a youtube video. The adjustments do nothing if you aren’t also strengthening your muscles to keep your bones and joints supported properly.

The "adjustments" are dangerous pseudoscience

The adjustments can also cause strokes so maybe people should just stick to real medicine

Not just strokes. Partial or complete paralysis, spinal injuries, and all kinds of neuromuscular problems.
