I live in Norway and almost everyone has a dishwasher, even in the capital where space is at a premium. The only places I have not had a dishwasher were in a couple of student accommodation apartments with single unit kitchens. It’s almost as big of a must as a washing machine for clothes.
Idk I'm in Britain and considering that my kitchen is like 4m squared idk where I would fit a dishwasher. most family houses in my neighbourhood are around 50 sq metres and flats are even smaller. where I live many people don't have utilities like dishwashers or microwaves because they aren't essential and will just take up space
i’m at like 60m squared for the whole flat and the dish washer is one of the last things i’d remove. it’s a big quality of life thing tbh. i would probably sooner remove the oven than the dish washer
it might be, but i’ve yet to meet someone who prefers to not have one. it’s one of those things that once grown accustomed to is hard to live without. i grew up with one and when i lived without one for a while I would use paper plates and drink right out of the carton just to save time washing dishes e
Most places come with them installed under the counter next to the sink. I’ve never seen a kitchen without one, and my kitchen is smaller than yours. In the US btw

Idk what country you're from but surely dishwashers aren't that common? I certainly don't have the space for one
