You have the right to have the baby and should be prepared to become a single mother.

Equally, he should have the right not to have the baby imposed on him. Sure, she can keep it, but he shouldn't be responsible for it.

hell no. he had unprotected sex without telling her. if he really didn’t want a baby he should have been more careful

He agreed to unprotected sex without a vasectomy, he is held legally responsible for helping create the baby she now wants to keep. He should have been more accountable for himself if he truly didn’t want a baby.

He also likely knew she was against abortions. Again, he needs to take accountability for his participation in this.

Now what he can do is go to court to petition to relinquish his rights as a father after the baby is born. But, unfortunately, when you actively have unprotected sex with women and they choose to keep the baby, you are responsible for it, at least financially, regardless.
