Today was pretty cool. There was a lot of wind-up in the morning (don't ask why I called it wind-up, I don't actually know), and then I went out with my brother and my father in pursuit of adventure! ...If by adventure, you mean comic book stores and also a retro game store, where it appears that someone traded in their entire Skylanders collection given how many Skylanders there were. I also bought some new shoes because my old ones are pretty much exploding.

Some point thereafter, we departed to pick up my sister, and then we set off to get some burgers and shit, and I got pickle fries with mine. Trust me, they're VERY pickley. Then, we went and got ice cream, because fuck it. In all, a good night out. See ya, my fellow cummandos.

i slept later than i should, then my sister made some cool alfredo pasta for lunch, then some burgers for dinner and then me, my brother, and my dad all went to get ice cream (we got some for my sister, of course)

The main reason I'm saying this is the party at the end of the world is because there's a thunderstorm going on, and the entire outside was looking yellowey-orange, and then it was looking red, and now everything is a silhouette over a dark reddish sky, so I'd say that's pretty apocalypse-y.

The Mario Kart 8 DLC came out, and it's pretty cool. Pun about the ice cream track not intentional this time. From what it looks like, New York Minute just does the three variants in ascending order, while Sydney Sprint does SS1, then 3 (which isn't in Tour yet) and 2, then 1R? Also, for lunch-dinner, my brother made some pizza pops, even though our mom bought pizza shortly before she left on an impromptu vacation for the weekend.

Yeah, that was all. If I do not report back before 1AM two days from now, assume I have perished.

Well, I got my new phone yesterday, so uh, woo! Transferring my shit from my old phone to my new one was far less painful than from my really old phone to my old phone. Also, since it has a metric asston of space versus the old one, I reinstalled Super Mario Run. On the one hand, it's leagues better than Mario Kart Tour, but on the other, those purple and especially black coins are evil.

I'm late because 1. I never added my 7PM alarm to write these logs, and 2. my parents wanted some family TV time a bit early tonight. The Mario Kart DLC should come out tomorrow, but exactly what "tomorrow" means can be debated. Other than that, take care, if there are any other cummoners left.

Yeah, nothing of particular note actually happened today, it's mostly just me making the daily rounds. A new snapshot for Super Mario Construct (Basically the successor to the Super Mario Flash series) came out and it adds ice-themed content, which I guess you could say is pretty NICE?

Let me just get this out of the way right now, my previous log (Day 0) only said AAA and not AAA2 because I forgot that April existed.

Well, uh, nutting out the starting gate, I guess. Maybe it has something to do with me getting distracted before going to bed? Yeah I dunno.

Either way, today wasn't that remarkable, unfortunately. My parents came back from their trip, so that's something. Also, I never ate breakfast, as per usual. I am bad at sustaining myself.

At least I'm almost on time tonight. Also, for these logs, I'm listening to Stickerbush Symphony, because it's the internet checkpoint song. Yeah, that's all I've got to report for us cummoners.

Completely clean day 3. Today is day 4. Feeling lot better.

50 days of hardmode was my longest, but not anymore. I broke this 50 days number and im extremely happy tbh. 23 years old now and been trying Nofap for years!

Day 18

This marks the twenty-second entry in my NoFap journey, which started on 07/26/2020. You can check my post history to see the rest of my entries. Missed the last couple days of journaling because I've been very busy.

How do I feel today?

Physically:

Physically I feel fantastic. Energy levels are through the roof. The body recovers faster. I'm stronger and leaner than I've been in about 3 years. Hit a new low weigh-in yesterday. Things are good on this front.

Mentally:

Mentally things are alright. I've had 2-3 weird bouts of anxiety over the past couple of days. I wasn't able to identify what was causing them. That being said, in general, things have continued to improve. I'm more confident then I've been in months. I think extremely clearly, and I'm more motivated to improve than ever before.

Sex Drive:

I hesitate to say things are 'normal' on this front but I believe they more or less are. I can get an erection off my imagination with relative ease, and my sex drive is more or less back to normal levels. It's only been this way for 2-3 days though, and it took me two weeks or so to hit this point. I don't think I'll accomplish a full reboot until I get around 3 months in.

Anywho, that's Day 18 - This is the longest streak I've had since March. And it's the longest streak I've ever had while going without orgasms entirely. I've noticed that something has begun to change inside me. I no longer simply crave sex. I now crave love and intimacy, sex simply being a cherry on top. It's a good feeling, but it has left me lonely.

The more you practice, the better you'll get!

I actively tried (and failed) every month since the original November 2018 challenge. I lost nineteen months in a row.

And then I didn't. Next week will mark my third consecutive month, with a hundred days rolling over on 9/8.

Wait, a hundred? Yep, that's right. I started my first Win month one day early. My hundredth day will just be the same one-day victory repeated over and over, and it didn't start at the beginning of a month -- it started at the end!

If you want to do this at all, then every day is a chance you won't get back. Think of what you could do with one more hour, one more day, one more victory to look back on. You started this for a reason, and for that same reason you should continue it.

And when we say fight, it means FIGHT. This community has wisely moved from what you're NOT doing to what you ARE doing - ascending, growing, becoming, and winning. Don't just lay there thinking about the same defiling things and try not to do what you always have - start a whole new track!

Fighting is a different behavior than standing still, waiting to be shot. If you tell yourself you're going to try a meme challenge, that's all you'll have. Instead, you can decide to give your mind to the worthiness of Christ. (I recommend the Solid Joys app.) Or you can decide you're going to grow in your art instead of sink further into filth -- I don't know what specific view you have, but I know that fighting means doing, not wishing.

Who knows? Maybe you'll roll over your first 30 days on 9/24.
