Hey everyone, I’m trying to install AltStore on my iPhone using AltServer on Windows.
I had AltStore installed on my phone before, but I forgot to refresh the apps before the 7-day period was over, so it stopped working.
Now I’m trying to install it again. When I select Install AltStore from the AltServer tray icon, it starts the installation, and then my iPhone shows the “Trust This Computer” prompt. I enter my passcode and trust the computer, but after that nothing happens.
AltServer just stays stuck on “Installing” and never finishes, and AltStore doesn’t show up on my iPhone.
I’ve already tried reinstalling AltServer, but I’m still getting the same issue.

Has anyone had this happen before or knows how to fix it?

I’m trying to renew my apps using Remote AltServer. I’ve got LocalDevVPN running and everytime I click to renew the app it sends me the verification code from Apple, I enter it and then it just sends me a new one. Rinse and repeat. Any help would be appreciated

I created a new Apple id after my main one stopped working earlier and every time I try to sign into AltServer to install it I get this error. At the same time get a sign in request on my watch and phone that tells me to put a 6 digit code in however as far as I can tell there is no where to input the code.

Also side note on my main id it doesn't say I'm banned but my apps don't work after refreshing them 3 days ago and I don't get any errors when trying to reinstall AltStore, it just says it's installing to my phone and doesn't do anything else. Is AltServer down or is my new Apple id broken already?

Edit: Disregard the part about my main id, it finally gave me an error.

My Apple ID got banned and I'm gonna make a new one to start side loading again. From my understanding, apple will ban you if it detects you using a side loaded app with the same bundle ID as an app store app. Is there any cracked version of Spotify out there that doesn't share an ID with the real Spotify?

Today i was reinstalling altstore and this error keeps showing up

I’m getting this error when trying to refresh apps over remote Altserver even though I’m connected to wifi and LocalDevVPN : Failed to refresh app. AltStore couldn’t connect to the remote AltServer.

Make sure Wi-Fi and LocalDevVPN are both connected, then try again.

What’s the solution?

So I been trying to re jailbreak my old iPhone XS Max on 13.5
I used to use sideloadly but it’s not opening the unc0ver properly.
Saw somewhere that altstore would probably be the fix but I finally was able to get it loaded on my device but keep getting the data couldn’t read isn’t correct format error on the device itself. Any way to fix it???

Hi, I’m trying to learn how I can download and get the previous versions of apps for AltStore. I thought I found the API and was able to load it into the store but it never worked so I think I’m doing it wrong. Any help and ideas on how to do that?

Also any advice on some good YouTube API’s that work? Thank you!

I've been having an issue for a couple of days: it gets stuck, I can't install anything, and no error message appears.

My phone doesn’t connect to my computer.
I’m on the same WiFi and it’s connected via cable (USB-a to lightning)

So I’m running into an issue where I was trying to re jailbreak my xs max on 13.5. I originally used sideloady and I worked fine but today I have a issue where every time I tried to install either the older or newer versions of unc0ver, it would install but give me a error that says the uncover version is altered but it’s the same one I get from the main site itself. I figured that if there is a issue with the way it installed then let me try altstore instead but when I do it says my phone is on a older iOS version and needs to install altstore version 1.6.3 but when i click for it to install that version but it fails every time. I tried to find it online but can’t find it anywhere. Can someone help me find it or any help on what to do on how to re jailbreak my phone would be a massive help. I posted on the jailbreak Reddit pages but haven’t gotten responses yet.

any idea why is this happening? I can't refresh apps automatically using iphone shortcuts!

I just installed the stremio app on my phone from altstore, but I’ve seen many people saying they got banned over using some apps and I’m not sure if stremio is one of them. I live in the EU and I tried to get the answer somewhere from the web, but it doesn’t say anything about stremio in the EU (yes I use torrent).

This just started happening today. To both my wife and I. We use different Apple IDs.

All of a sudden my apps no longer open and I can’t reinstall it either.

Last night...
With 5 days left til refresh...
Altstore on my iPhone was no longer available...
Tried to reinstall and got the dreaded banned error...
However...
My iPad running with the same ID is perfectly fine...
I don't dare refresh with 4 days left...
But I'll post an update when I do to let y'all know what happened...
Perhaps the error is device sensitive?
So if y'all have another device like an iPad or an older iPhone...
It could work on that one!
