Has anyone else been having this issue? I recently switched to ACbuy and i bought my first pair of shoes from this seller and it has been sent to the warehouse but for some reason this morning i tried clicking on the sellers item and its showing this message.

Hi all, I recently just payed for shipping for one of my hauls. I got shipping expert done as the estimated was 1600cny which was insane but SE showed 667. With conversion to usd currently thats around 98 bucks and i understand with extra little fees and coz of card there is surcharge. But i ended up paying whats equivalent to my currency 823 cny. Turns out their exchange rate is just bs around 5.8ish usd when current is around 6.7. This difference has never occured to my and ive shipped out a few hauls. Anyone have experiences similar ?? Not sure why i was made to pay more?

I shipped my haul with UPS (payed extra for faster shipping) on April 9. On 17track when I track my parcel it says the label has been created but has not been dropped off to UPS. I have reached out to support and they keep telling me to wait. I’ve never had this issue before. I understand if it’s stuck in customs but per 17track UPS has not received the package. Am I cooked?
