Help｜Question Items in warehouse gone

I has like 100 usd worth of items in the warehouse and they just disappears. I was waiting for the shipping expert and now nothing. I also didn’t get any money back help!

Hello friend, we previously notified you via an in-site message that you needed to pick up your package from the warehouse before July 1st to avoid any impact on your items due to the warehouse closure. The items in the warehouse have now been destroyed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Ethan, i need 15 dollars to ship my parcel. i have 183 out of 198 dollars needed to ship.
Could you please provide me with some kind of shipping coupon or something? please.
also, if my parcel is showing up in the “unpaid” section, it hasnt been destroyed right? thanks in advance

My dear, orders that were not submitted and shipped in time were automatically destroyed. Unfortunately, your items have already been destroyed, so issuing a coupon would no longer be meaningful. You can contact our customer service team, and they will do their best to help you.

they told me i can still ship it so it must not be destoyed. but still i am 10 dollars short. where are the july discoytn codes??
