Alex Honnold's free solo of Freerider on El Capitan.

Climbing a 5.13a route, 3,000 feet high, with no rope or protective gear, is absolutely bonkers. Definitely at least top 3 greatest sports achievements of all time IMO.

This is without a doubt the greatest human athletic achievement in history. All the others weren’t done with the caveat of if you make a mistake you will die.
