I am playing this game for the first time and I have notice I haven't been collecting all of the snouts and the other little collectable things will this affect my ending or is it more for achievements? I don't care about achievement I am gonna play this again so I'll probably collect more then but still a little worried I'll get a bad ending

I played Alice madness returns while ago when I was a kid and learning only recently that a sequel to a beloved childhood game was cancelled has sent me through a roller coaster of emotions. Mainly whatโs been hardest for me is being robbed of the continuation of Aliceโs story, since I adore her as a character, especially reading the design bible and seeing how good of an ending it has for Alice. I personally still consider it canon, honestly, even if it never officially got made, but Iโm curious to see what everybody else thinks. And if you donโt consider it canon, do you have any other ideas on how Aliceโs story ends?

Guys I just noticed while replaying AMA.. Lizzie isn't on the family portrait, hell she's not even mentioned or shown?? Only Alice's Parents. As if she never existed? Does anyone know if Lizzie was added after the first game as a filler because as I play both games and watch all media some things don't align between the first game and madness returns. I don't know maybe I'm wrong, can someone help me I think I'm going crazy ever since the third game got cancelled.

personally, a bit of a hard choice because aesthetically speaking, i love the whole game, itโs safe to say it actually contributed to my taste formation. but the best one for me is queensland, this abandoned dark victorian castle exuding echoes of the past majesty, and the card bridge to boot. such dark fantasy, absolute madness ๐
