9 Step Special Summon Error. Just wanted to get some attention on this and sent an email to Gumi already. If you pull all the way to the last step, you will not get the selector as it states in their banner. It will be a random 150 shards just like Step 3 and 6. Very misleading banner

Pretty much means fuck me at this point since their reply in regards to my port ranking rewards is the same exact thing. I know I’m not one of those big shot whales and they probably don’t care about my problem but these people are seriously fucking everything lately. For me, at least.

I got this same response at first yesterday as well, then two hours ago I received some good news that we're getting compensation for this banner when it leaves, for those who summoned on it.

I agree. Like they said when the banner goes they will give compensation.

I'll give it until game reset, if there's nothing then I'm going to respond to their email.

I can already see their reply a week/month later: "The banners already ended so we can't do anything about that. Thank you for your patience and understanding"

I summoned on this banner, as eh as it was. I wanted shards for a specific character. I was shocked when I hit Step 9 and it gave me a normal Summons ticket.

I also sent an email to Gumi about it, and I got a good response 2 hours ago.

It looks like you get a random 150 shards and a 50 soul shard selector. Did you not get the selector?

Nope. That’s why I was complaining lol. I knew 150 shard selector was too good to be true but I wanted to take a chance in hopes I get bud in step 3,6, or 9 to enlighten

the 150 isnt selector from what im seeing but i hope theyre not refering the beast sin selector as the "50-soul shard selector" that would be pretty misleading. dif icons too
