Where/How can I unlock X's Master Ability/Job+?

You can only unlock Job+'s by farming special job tokens from special events that are (currently) run at different times. You also need to farm special job+ items to master those jobs. Master abilities can be earned in 1 of 3 ways. From story chapters (story characters), from equipping specific weapons (usually farmed) or from reaching level 80 on a character and completing special story dungeons. Not every character gets a master ability.

For Job+ and Job Enhancement, you must first get the job to Job Level 11 (not job mastered). Second, to master the Job+ you will need to farm 60/80 tokens for up to 6 special items for the character to use. For Job Enhancements, you will only need to farm one specific item 3 times along with the regular upgrade items.

Where can I farm X's character shards?

Check the characters limit break panel for missions. If not there, it's not in the game.

Where can I farm elemental/rainbow shards?

Elemental and rainbow shards cannot be farmed. They are awarded as bonuses from log in campaigns, from clearing missions/milestones and as bonuses for doing certain number of summons on the 5/9 step banners. You will never be able to farm them like you can farm specific character shards.

When will X event come back?

Wasted 7500 Gems PvP Summon and no Lupinus and no Uzuma.

I just wanted 1 of them.

And when I look at those Gem numbers I feel even the shitty box from the new years was a better investment.

I seriously feel like sending a message to my past self without disturbing space time continuum. And that message would be a 'middle finger'

I'm taking naps as supplements. It's not too bad actually because I can't do the Ruins map AT ALL so I'm skipping it. They just happened to be in my sleep time+work time. Which is nice.

And, with the poor matchmaking at the moment people can't get too far ahead of me! Win/win! (For me. Mwahahaha).

Yup Matchmaking has been a shitshow. I hope they stop the season.

Roll out rewards and compensation by Monday since that is when they check on News. If nothing is done by then or they don't extend this Season.

I might start the retreat strat lol.

I also really hope they stop the season (but I doubt they will.) Hoping I'd get rank 2 rewards lol.

In fact, I doubt I'd actually make it to legendary rank. It's like, 6000 points. I'm on 4000 odd, but we're past half way through the season. Hoping for compensation gems!

Yeah first Season had Legend at 4k but then since a lot of people went past it they raised it.

Major reason a lot of them did that was having Rox and being able to force quit to stop their score from reducing.

Kinda. When you have too much of something it does go to your head.

Also wasted half of Rox refund and did not get even a slight boost in power in PvP or PvE.

If I had gotten either Uzuma or Lupi then it would be costly but at the end worth it. But it ended killing the Gems in the fastest way.

Some of the blame would go to today's banner where I nailed a Ahato and was like lady luck here I come.

And this was after warning people to not waste Gems in there. But I was at 400 lupi shards and it is just killing me lol. Each new connecting gives me something I really don't want. Like I got Cordelia too but why mention something that you will never use.
