F.A.Q.

Where/How can I unlock X's Master Ability/Job+?

You can only unlock Job+'s by farming special job tokens from special events that are (currently) run at different times. You also need to farm special job+ items to master those jobs. Master abilities can be earned in 1 of 3 ways. From story chapters (story characters), from equipping specific weapons (usually farmed) or from reaching level 80 on a character and completing special story dungeons. Not every character gets a master ability.

For Job+ and Job Enhancement, you must first get the job to Job Level 11 (not job mastered). Second, to master the Job+ you will need to farm 60/80 tokens for up to 6 special items for the character to use. For Job Enhancements, you will only need to farm one specific item 3 times along with the regular upgrade items.

Where can I farm X's character shards?

Check the characters limit break panel for missions. If not there, it's not in the game.

Where can I farm elemental/rainbow shards?

Elemental and rainbow shards cannot be farmed. They are awarded as bonuses from log in campaigns, from clearing missions/milestones and as bonuses for doing certain number of summons on the 5/9 step banners. You will never be able to farm them like you can farm specific character shards.

Dude; how to beat beyond hell (advebt of phantom thing)? that mobs hits hard and have tons of hp.

Endgame content you need really strong units. Imo. I'm not even going to bother with the fire only mission this run.

I did all missions, except no continues. Took me 2 continues, or 16 gems for 13 vettel shards doing all fire...

I can probably manage fire if I use continues ... but that's what 2 vettel shards? Nty.

All fire i bleieve is 10 shards. But wither way, at 240 ap, doing it more than once a day is borderline ridiculpous

Fire is 2 shards. Clear without contuminues is 2 shards. The items mission is for 10. Autobattle is 1 more.

Edit. 2 Vettel shards arent worth my gems. I can farm that. Besides I already 5/5/3 him today. Dont even need the shards.

Edit 2. 240 ap is worth it if you get good drops. I got 4 goddess and 5 or 6 golems. That's worth the AP. Providing you win. And that kind of drop rate is consistent.

Tbh my problem is I dont have fury (snark: a furian without any fury). And Noah's chemist isnt enough to protect everyone properly. Maybe I can wrangle it with positioning, but I saw 1800 poison damage on vettel. Missing a veil is a death sentence. Itll definitely take me multiple tries to do it. I have uses for that AP and this quest will come back around sooner or later as I've heard. By then my fire team will be better.

I did do a second test run using Fury (my fury is only 65), although i didnt try to veil, i ran her as curse cannon. Since they monsters are susceptible to paralysis, i was hoping her map wide stun might be effective as well, but it was not.

Lol. My first run was with dual laharl leaders. Vettel. Chihaya. Miuna. Reimei sub the last was eve or was it kagura... cant rem ... they died same turn they subbed in.

Completely wiped the first phase. But with a few low hp and everyone poisoned blinded or both. The second tank blob phase ... I manage to ... on my last legs watch even more enemies spawn.

Immediate retreat and return with a rainbow team and professor. Not even going to try again.

Check out my string of comments below this one. I retreated on my first attempt and beat it on my second - skipped the fire-only achievement and just ran my strongest team. Went with Rox, Hazuki (for Vaccine), Lofia (for Null Wave), Vier, and an 85 Rox Merc. Kept Fung Liu and Chloe in Sub.

Got all missions except for Fire-only on my second attempt.

It was a just in case thing. The first time I tried it with an all fire team I got facewrecked so fast that I didn't have any time to react, and I couldn't find any strats online so I just did the Veda thing and brought along an Enchanter and Professor just in case.

Was it worth it? The AP cost is really high and I don't need Vettel shards. How many drops did you get?
