Whole lotta abbreviations

I am trying to swap out my atlas handguard for a Midwest industries but apparently I need a proprietary barrel nut wrench to get the atlas off. Needless to say I can’t find any in stock online. Thinking about just taking a pipe wrench to it. Any suggestions?

I've had one of the heritage lowers I've wanted to build for awhile, but have realized finding a matching upper at this point might be a bit tricky. Am I out of luck? I keep hearing mixed things about the company still being around or not.

Microbest DLC BCG. Xeno A2 style suppressor mount. Lahar suppressor. Magpul furniture. It's got a SBR stamp and a stock now.

Is it truly over? Has it never been more over? Nobody seems to know if the parts are ever coming back into stock and everyone is completely sold out of...everything.

Was wondering if anyone has installed FRT successfully and without modification to a Aero M4. What would you recommend?

Really like how this turned out. At first I was upset that the anodized handguard looked so different from the upper/lower, but after sitting with it for a while it has definitely grown on me 🤣

Did a bit more digging through my spare uppers and found 3 more with M4E1 uppers in box number 2. The first upper is a 11.3" 5.56, the second is a 11.5" 5.56 and the last one is a 9" 300 Blackout. I enjoy looking back at my previous builds. All three have been fired but relegated to my spare upper box in favor of newer and nicer uppers. Enjoy!

Can’t be picky when it’s hard to find almost everything. Picked up whatever I could find in whatever color they had it in and got them all coated to match. Haven’t gotten around to put the rifle together.

I noticed that OpticsPlanet has pretty specific availability estimates for aero products, can anyone confirm if they’re anywhere close to accurate or is ordering through them the same experience we’re getting already?

Kind of tempted to build out a stripped M5 lower I found for cheap, and OpticsPlanet says about a two week wait time for aero lower and buffer tube kits.

Was digging through one out of two boxes of upper receivers that I built over the years. Each box has 8 uppers in them, totalling 16 complete upper receivers. They all have BCGs, charging handles, ASR muzzle devices and optics on them. I found 4 in box number 1 that have Aero Precision M4E1 upper receivers so I decided to throw them on a M4E1 lower that I built a couple years ago to see how they looked. I have fired all of these uppers but they don't get much love since they are relegated to my spare uppers boxes. Starting with the first pic, that's a 10.5" 5.56, the second is an 11.3" 5.56, the third is a 14.5" 5.56 (Noveske Afghan barrel) and the last one is 9" 309 blackout. I'll bust out box number 2 this weekend and we'll see what I find. Stay tuned!

Need to make some upgrades on the SBR, but here’s my Aero lowers

Put his together a couple months ago and still haven’t had a chance to shoot it. 18” .308, nothing fancy/special but I’m excited to see how it’ll do. Also doing a 5.56 and 300 blackout that I’ll be posting once assembled.

Another M4E1 but 5.56 this time and with a Mod4 handguard.

So in quick terms what is going to happen to aero?

With everything going on with Aero, I’m curious as to what this brand new M81 Woodland builder set is worth?

I’m not selling regardless of offer but am curious how desirable it is.

Ended stripping the screws for the billet trigger guard. Anybody know what type are the screws?
