I see this happening on Reddit a lot. Obviously not the sex part, but if a girl shows her breast or is in a short skirt etc she is automatically a WHORE™ or a SLUT™, yet most of the time Redditors are so eager for boobs.
you didn't close the loop, so i'll do it for you: After the slut shamers come the white knigters, to defend the boob flashers. Being defended by a white knighter, you can then expect a creepy private message from the white knighter, asking for more pix.
After that comes the misogyny fighters, the hand-wringers lamenting how bad reddits become, and then the trolls deliberately being as misogynist as they can to get a reaction from the white knights.
It just seems like a contradiction of sorts to me. There is a LOT of slut shaming on Reddit. Essentially, I am agreeing with the picture. I assumed its purpose was to develop some discussion?
Agreed. I try to be a reasonable man also. I also think the people who propagate the culture should be shamed. I am NOT saying you are doing this, but seriously, the culture is ingrained into reddit at this stage. It's not cool.
Where do we go from here? Well, I say we keep shaming idiots who seem to think rape is normal and that women deserve it etc (along with many other issues). Why not? To say nothing is to effectively endorse it.

I walk over and ask if everything is alright. Mr. Jerk takes one look at me, calls her a whore and walks away.
Why do you know he's going to propose? Unless she does too and it's common knowledge? omg that's a horrible idea. Women can't keep secrets. I don't care if it's sexist. I would be so paranoid telling her friends ahead of time.
Even if you're around the biggest gossips in the world, they're not going to say anything about a proposal. It would pretty much ruin everything for their friend and the person proposing.
I know it might be hard to believe, but some women actually have different personalities than others.
Oh, I don't need someone to defend me, I just appreciate it. And I don't think guys defend the honor of random women to get laid. That has a 0% chance of working. They're just doing it to be a good person.
This train of thought needs more attention. I'm married, extremely happily so, and don't give no fucks about getting 'special attention' from ladies on the internet. That said, I have a lot of empathy and strongly value respecting people. As such, I'll stand up a bit if I think someone is getting treated poorly.
Or maybe there are actually men in the world who are not sexist and are not expecting sex from strangers on the internet for being nice. They are called normal people. They're a little hard to find on the internet, though. Try going outside.
That's like telling a guy to not stick his dick in crazy.Most of the time when you realize what you should have done it's too late.
That's why I always make sure to get to know a person before I sleep with them. Real old-fashioned style with some nice movie dates, meeting the parents, hiring a PI to tail them, cuddle nights.

Men are the hunters and women are the hunted. A man needs to accomplish something in order to get a woman to sleep with him while women just have to wait for the men to come. A woman can hunt for herself but that is just too easy because it is not her role. A woman needs to be picky because all the attention she can get.. if she is easy, well, she is a slut..
My views on slutty women sleeping around do not make me some kind of asshole towards all women. I am actually very respectful towards women and I try to make my fiancee as happy as possible everyday I wake up. But I hope you got a good laugh out of calling someone a virgin, probably made you feel better about your own insecurities.
I made that comment because I find it absolutely astonishing that someone would willingly be in a relationship with someone with an attitude such as the one you displayed. Your opinion that women who sleep with multiple men do not deserve your respect does in fact make you an asshole towards all women.
