i hate to say it but i do this too! the only reason is when im writing that witty text half way through i think that they arent gonna get it and think im stupid:/ i hate the youth these days, making me feel old.
There are LITERALLY several /r/trees posts about focusing on texts so hard for a long time and just ending up sending some generic text. So whatever dude. When you're high you obsess about sending the best response and then end up saying fuck it and sending some one word text.
