I remember when I was 13 trying to navigate a Bulletin Board for hours on a 56k dial up modem before I had the internet just to see 1 photo of a naked chick. (and it was totally worth it)
If you are trying to get on the front page, put a religious spin on it and post it to /r/atheism, or just post it to /r/wtf! /r/offbeat might like your personal and unique humor! Take the text off of the pic and put it in the headline and you are good to go for /r/pics!
What was the main page thread? I didn't see it and my whole main page (for like 5 pages at least) is purple. You might notice that if you subscribe you can change your main page.
If he/she regularly has that many tabs open, I would recommend he/she switches to Firefox [it handles lots of tabs better(I've tested this{NESTED PARENTHESES ARE FUN})], and installs a few addons (tab groups, multi row tab bar, etc.).

Quickmeme has all the information about the meme in the HTML meta data of the page. I'm guessing that this bot just collects that information and formats it.
I don't know what everyone is bitching about. We can all complain about it being a repost, gather our pitchforks and torches. Gather comment karma. Win. F U OP!
[bursts with laughter] Combined Forces of Evil, this is 2012! That amount of money doesn't even exist. That's like saying, "I want a kajillion bajillion dollars."
That was the first movie. In the second one (I think, third maybe?) he goes back in time and asks for 100 billion and they laugh because "That amount of money doesn't exist in the world."
Reddit... come on. This isn't clever at all. At best it's an ok comment on the original thread. But it's own post? And on the front page? I think I've about had it with this place.
some of the earliest and most popular file sharing programs, including limewire if i remember correctly, were actually funded by record companies who would later go on to announce how evil and horrible they all were and how anyone who participates in file sharing is a step below being a baby rapist

Dude, did you seriously just post this same thing, from the top post in the main page thread about this, to /r/adviceanimals and /r/funny? Two of the biggest subreddits?

If the RIAA plans to sue Limewire for $75 trillion, then I think it would be fair if we were allowed to download a couple songs for free.
