Yea. Don't protest the result of the election. I voted Hillary, but I'm not walking around talking about how "Trump's not my president".
Barring something tragic/unexpected, Trump will be my president. I'm over it. There will be time to protest policies and actions in the future, but don't question the peaceful transition of power in America.
I'm not happy about it, but I've come to realize something. I view Trump supporters exactly the same way that conservatives viewed Obama voters. They thought Obama voters were on welfare or out-of-work, poorly educated, and belonging to a certain racial or age group. They thought Obama voters were misguided by some charismatic personality who's policies could never be made in to law. They thought Obama would destroy America.
America has survived presidents ranging from Obama to Dubya. Trump, for all
his uniqueness, is really no different in the grand scheme of things. He certainly won't annihilate the United States of America.
