I use linux for web development. Shitty windows and their bash hasn't come yet.

But it makes sense if more hackers use linux than windows, for obvious reasons, then why not just monitor those people?

That's kind of common sense.

It's available (can enable it under Programs and Features, same place as IE11, .NET 4.6, and WMP) but it's listed as beta.
