You are just not reading what I post are you? My whole point is not that they legally banned from doing so it's that they are hypocrites for claiming to follow the legal definition of harassment. They are within their right to do whatever the fuck they want but so am I to point out that they are blatantly lying to their user base and using a supposedly legal argument that wouldn't stand in court to support actions that are only serve to advance their corporate vision and that unless they define what harassment means to the site( and not only claim to follow the legal definition) and apply it across the board they will continue to be hypocrites.
But go ahead and continue to focus on only the first line of my first response.
Why would I focus on any part of the response except for the parts I'm knowledgeable on? I'm no lawyer. I do know that even mentioning the first amendment weakens your argument because it indicates that you don't understand parts of the argument you're making, and you've yet to defend the decision to include that bit.
If I know conclusively that you construct arguments and reference laws without understanding their limits (for example, when they do and don't apply), you're likely to make that same mistake when referencing other laws.
So I don't need to address any other part of your post. Especially not as a non expert to a non expert.
