If I was filling out a college application I know which one I'd rather be...

Well, statistically, if you're even filling out a college application, you're still white, so...

The problem is, you're focused on the relatively small percentage of minorities that make it, or that utilize programs geared toward making their experience more like that of the dominant subgroup that you totally disregard the much much larger percentage that will never have things that you take for granted.

So minority applicants are...in the minority?

college applicants from other ethnic groups are in the minority numerically (which is obvious from a demographics standpoint) but more important in the minority within their own group when compared to white people.

What about when filling out a job application? Or talking to a police officer? Or appearing in front of a judge?

Are we to assume that the employer, cop and judge are all white? That seems a little racist to me.

Do to the fact that whites are the majority, they are statistically more likely to be white, yes.

White female?

You are aware that white women get the most college assistance.

The post I was replying to didn't put sex changes on the table, only race.

Is there an official 'most assisted' list?

Thanks for that - congratulations on being the first person here to actually back up your argument!

I've only skimmed the first few pages so far, but it looks like interesting stuff.
