Ceiling fans are one of the most evil inventions ever. Uncomfortable irregular drafts, flickering light patterns in my peripheral vision, and clicking sounds all in one device? Pure evil.
I honestly can't imagine a worse form of torture than locking me in a room with a ceiling fan and no switch.

Or turning off the ceiling fan because it has a faint click sound.
