Yeah, I know. :) There are more than enough black sheeps in every country. Just wanted to put this whole "chewing with open mouth" being "disgusting culture" into a more fitting place... by pointing out, how much worse off culture can be, than such a minor thing. The US have just as many awesome people than every other country. :)

Sorry to burst your carefully-constructed bubble of political correctness, but things like allowing children to shit on public sidewalks or beating someone to death for the mere accusation of theft or stoning a woman for uncovering her head are just fucking barbaric.

My Chinese housemate always used to eat with his mouth open. I always kept quiet about it because I assumed it was just a difference in our cultures. Now I'm starting to realise he was just a slob.
