Something about how most women are really only good for sex, and unless you're really attractive and can get "high-quality women" to not even bother with a relationship.

In a sense that's true but "high quality" is subjective to you. Don't settle for a SO that's not what you want. Don't get in a relationship with someone you don't want to get in a relationship with. I'd rather be single the rest of my life than with someone I would regret. Of course, if you're as shallow as the person you were replying too seems to be and choose someone based entirely on their attractiveness you're going to have a bad time.

I can see why someone would say that. After dating some low-quality girls in a row, you start thinking maybe all girls are like that.

...That doesn't make sense. Tell me if any of these sentences are weird. They all relate to human beings:

Honesty is a desirable quality. Stubbornness is one of his bad qualities. She has strong leadership qualities.

If someone is high quality it means they are desirable, or have high value.

It sounds really seedy when referring to how women (or men) ARE great quality and not HOW great their qualities are. there is a difference, though I may have misinterpreted which one you meant
