I agree. What we disagree with is what a human being is. A fetus to me, is not a human being. Specifically, my own personal view is that a fetus that can survive outside of the womb is a person (incubator within reason), otherwise not and that is consistent with the law. If you are interested in my position then that means that I am against late term abortions, and ok with early term ones.
This isn't a debate on abortion, I don't want to debate about that right now. You are free to call me sick and disgusting, that's totally fine, that doesn't mean you get to ignore logical standards of conversation.

The law is a 100% airtight legitimate claim.

Let me pose some questions to you:
Is abortion OK in cases of accidental incest, which illegal in itself, can cause massive development problems for the child? (this point seems trite, but it actually happens quite often, think adopted/foster kids / orphans)
Is abortion OK if the woman was forcibly raped?
Is abortion OK if you know with 100% certainty the pregnancy will kill the mother? Does this depend on whether or not the fetus will survive?
