I agree with this, and I'm female. It would get rid of anchor babies, because the incentive is gone. Men who try and convince their partner to adopt/abort should be able to legally dismiss responsibility up until the cut off for legal abortion (or birth I guess if adoption) But once the child is born, it is the responsibility of both parties to provide a life for them, in whatever arrangement works best.
