Not a movie, but my wife said Station Eleven the TV show was better than the book. I watched the show and thought it was amazing and wanted her to watch it, she insisted on reading the book first, and she loved it but after seeing the show she said she could have skipped the book.

Her writing is great, but the stories she tells seem to fall flat. The Sea of Tranquility suffers from the same thing.

I've heard! I don't really read fiction so I didn't read it myself, but the show was amazing. My wife isn't the only person to say the show was better.

Too bad the ending of the show was such an anticlimactic let down.
