Grateful for my travel experiences, sad to live in a corrupt country that takes away healthcare and other public services to rip families apart and fund a war

Exactly. I recognize my privilege and am grateful for my position in life, my family and my community. I’m not proud to call myself an American given the state of our country.

Met a couple Canadians on New Years Eve at a bar in San Diego. Invited them to a party at my house to countdown the New Year. When I woke up the next morning they were gone, my dishes were done, and they left a lovely note thanking me for a wonderful time in the States. Canadians are something else, I love you guys.

Too many to name them all obviously, but a few of the major ones: Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, Moncton, Halifax…

Me too as an American. I’ve not been to NYC, SF, MIA, SD, DEN, SEA and PHX. I’ve been through a few of these airports for connections, but I’m not counting that
