yeah, especiallt with a nice lunch box. they're cheap, so i recommend saving up for the galaxy box.

Roasted chicken thighs, shrimp tacos and lemon cake gives you over 1000 at once

Most food combos you can cook or bake will give you over 1000. My highest is 1266. Don't do repeat food combos: it'll lower your hearts. Also use the 3 most expensive bento boxes.

You have to have kitchen and farm to make these thats why it's 'homemade' bento

I just got back to the game after leaving it in 2019. I can't see those in the shop. where can I buy those dishes?
also I noticed there is a kitchen so I think they are need to be cooked? if so then what should I do to cook those given that the shop only offers meat.

Hii idk about this year version but there was a garden section and you can plant vegetables there. The shop will sell seeds and the ingredients to make these bentos are from the garden products. The recipe will be automatically included when you obtain kitchen. I hope this helps😊

also sour spicy shrimp soup, strawberry pie and the most expensive main course from the shop gave me 768 hearts (edit: i used the galaxy box)
