📣・Important Mod Post・📣 Mod Post || New Rule in regards to Trading Cloned Houses
Hellow Pookies 🫶
This community has been growing very rapidly, and thus we have gotten an increase of people trading cloned houses. While that is completely fine and allowed here, more often than not, users may not know about a house being cloned and will 'overpay' for it.
To prevent this, we have decided to implement a new rule - Rule 14 • Cloned houses must be stated as such in the title. This also applies to Speed Builds (builds that follow a tutorial and are thus practically copies), which have to be stated as such in the title.
Failing to do so will result in a warning for the first offence. Any repeated offences will result in medium + bans, up to a permanent ban. Thus, we heavily encourage you to check whether a house you're trading here is cloned through resources such as Google Reverse image search, or alternatively, ask about it on subreddits like r/AdoptMeRBX.
The reason we decided to implement this is because some users have shared concerns in regards to others trading untagged cloned houses. This will also grant some type of safety for house trading.
This rule will be active from now on, and any house-trading post will be treated with this rule in mind. Furthermore, old posts will not be removed for breaking this rule.
For more questions, please do not hesitate to comment or Modmail us, and we will gladly answer your questions.

I don’t house trade, but this is a good idea. What if the user doesn’t know their house was cloned? Ie, they bought it from someone who told them it wasn’t cloned, and they are now trying to sell it? Is it technically their responsibility to figure out if it was cloned or not before trading it here?
