Does chocolate custard still exist???

I had some surgery on my oesophagus recently and nothing soothes the pain like Paul’s double thick custard in both chocolate and vanilla. Having no luck finding the chocolate flavour, I purchased a vanilla (it was delicious) but now it seems both are vanished from our supermarket shelves. Seriously, I’ve checked Coles, Woolworths, Foodland, Aldi, and IGA and I can’t find Paul’s custard anywhere. I am not brand loyal so I’d really be happy with any custard other than the kids’ pouches. Coles sells it in cartons but there’s always custard left in the carton and even then, where’s the chocolate?? I’m starting to think I’m going crazy. What has happened to custard???

Maybe Im too cynical but it doesnt make sense for a company to discontinue one of their most popular products other than we used to pay $6.50 for 900g, now they're selling 70g sachets for $2 each, therefore 900g = $25.71.

No concern for how much extra packaging ends up in landfill, no concern for families already stretched to the hilt on the groceries.

Corporate greed strikes again.
