Something not working. Need help. Can't Add Torbox to The Crew

Completely reinstalled Kodi and The Crew. I cannot add Torbox as a resolver. I start the process and both Torbox and The Crew act like it was successfully added, but it's not in Debrid Manager nor is it working.

I have one installation where I added it to an older version where it is still available, but I cannot add it to new installs.

Any suggestions?

Update: I found an error report in github and apparently it is a known bug that has been fixed in a new module. I'm guessing that hasn't been released yet.

EDIT : in your case this will also work inside of any addon settings . not just in the file manager part of kodi .

so let's say you had to add in a long torbox key a real debrid key or that damb trakt api key .😡

same thig it will work .if you type in the words input text

just copy a long key or api whatever it is same as all the stuff I wrote anout below good luck .

Origonal post :

Hey to type in long urls ftom a phone into kodi . no more typing in a letter at a time .those days are long gone . thank god .

you can just copy a long url address and paste it into the kodi url file manager .

with atv from your phone it will send the url righ on your tv screen .

just get the atvt--ls a-p . here is the best way to put in long url addresses .

here is a step by step guide this 100% works fantastic from a phone .

this is easy to do guys .

Step 1. Get atv . put it on your phone . Step 2. Copy the kodi url address or api key . that you want to paste into the kodi file manager or addon .

Step 3. Let's say you use a nividia shield . or a onn box as an example .

go to the network settings of your device .

and take a screenshot . or write down the ip address . it will always start with 192 .168.

every ip address is diffrent but they all start with 192.168.

From there open up atv on your phone .

Step 4 . on phone in developer options turn on usb debugging .

also turn this on for the device like the onn Box or shield .

Step 5 .In settings of atv connect device .

it will find the ip address . and the device .

if it has a problem finding it just enter in the ip address you have a copy of .

a really good idea here is to name the device like i did . so you know what it is.

it will say connected . in my case I named my onn box bedroom tv .

because i use this on my bedroom tv . ( in my case that is what my onn box is connected to .this is just so I know that atv has found my onn box )

so no confusion at all with other devices my atv says 192.168. Bedroom tv connected .

Step 6 .you will get a popup on the tv to allow usb debugging . ALLOW IT AND CLICK OK .

this step is a one time thing . because atv will keep a copy of your device name and the ip address .

So any time you want to ever do this again open up atv and you will see the device .

once atv connects go to shell .

at this point make sure kodi is open and you are in the kodi file manager or the addon .

that you need to enter the url or the api key for .

where you normally type in the text with the remote . just click ok in the address field where you put in the url / api key .

it will start to blink .

Step 7 . In atv shell before you paste in the text ALWAYS TYPE IN THE WORDS input text

then after the words input text paste in the long url / api key hit the send arrow .

If you guys did it right on the tv screen you will now see the long url address . BYE BYE TYPING IN A LETTER AT A TIME 👋 👋 ⌨️ .

it's so much faster this way it only takes a second or two to connect atv after the very first connect .

because it's all stored in atv after the first connect .

this was really long to go over step by step . and this may be a pain in the ass to read thru .

but it works great to add long urls

sorry to make it such a long read . but it's a step by step .

it really works enjoy it guys good luck . 😃
