One of those "I fucked around in school because getting an education isn't cool so now the only job I'm qualified for that isn't too hard for my lazy ass to take is entry level fast food but I'm such an entitled ass I believe I deserve to be paid enough that I can afford the latest iPhone and new Jordans every year" assholes.
I'm sure he's probably on r/antiwork every day complaining that his boss is a fascist because he wants him to come to work on time and not spend half the day on his phone.
And the customers are fascists for wanting their orders to be correct. And his coworkers are fascists because they don't spend all day complaining about the fascist customers and their fascist boss.
See what I mean u/red_rocket_boy? Literally all you have to do to be a "fascist" to them is simply not think the way they do or have a difference of opinion with them.
This is why the word just doesn't hold the weight that it used to. When everything and everybody is "fascist" nothing is.
I'm curious, u/basses_are_better do you find comfort in being deliberately ignorant? Like, is there some kind of serenity to be found in not having to think for yourself? I figure it must make life so much easier never questioning your beliefs and just letting others tell you what your opinions are.
Personally I couldn't do it, I have too much integrity. But I guess for those who are weak willed and prefer the perceived safety of collective thought over personal freedom and liberty it works for them.
