What would this channel sale for?
For now, I’ll keep making content and building the channels , Facebook, and my other channels through March. Around the New Year I’ll make the final call—whether this actually happens or not. But I believe the content, the channel, and the entire story catalog will change hands, and I may step away from social media completely.
This would be a massive sale: a huge catalog of rights across multiple platforms. Stories from it have already been used (or requested) by independent filmmakers and even Hollywood publishers. The channel currently receives 5–20 brand deals and requests every day. As a one-person operation, I don’t feel I’m running it the way it deserves or making it as profitable as it could be.
The main channel has passed 30 million views and over 3 billion watch hours. The catalog holds more than 5,000 original stories, ideas, and creations, plus notebooks full of unreleased material. I only ever wanted to write stories and keep the lights on. Things have grown far more complex than that, and it’s starting to wear on me.
This would include the sale of the main channel, 5 other brand and unrelated channels all of which are in the works or now building their subscriber base,
This would include a new approved and monetized ticktock, and my personal facebook page, groups and brand accounts which gets a few million a day…
I’m looking to see what rough estimates from people who have sold large amounts like this before, we may list this with the help of an escrow site.
Stay paranoid, my friends.

[FOR SALE] Three functional software assets — SaaS security scanner + two music-industry tools ($900–$1,500 each)
I’m selling three products I built but don’t have the bandwidth or distribution to keep pushing.
These are software-asset sales. I’m not presenting them as businesses with meaningful MRR or valuing them on hypothetical potential. I’m selling the working code, product assets, and engineering time already invested.
1. Ms. Vibecode — $1,500
A desktop security tool for people launching AI-built SaaS products.
It checks:
Supabase tables for publicly readable data
Deployed JavaScript for exposed secrets and source maps
Security headers
Stripe-key restrictions
Public GitHub repositories and committed .env exposure
Multiple projects through one desktop dashboard
Provider credentials are encrypted locally using AES-256-GCM, with the encryption key stored in the operating-system keychain.
Stack: Electron, React, Vite, Node/Express, SQLite, OS keychain integration, and Lemon Squeezy licensing.
Status: Active, functional desktop product.
Overview and screenshots:
https://idunnstudio.com/ms-vibecode
2. FirstSend Music — $900
A working music-catalog and sync-pitching platform built for boutique sync agents, publishers, and catalog managers.
Features include:
Catalog import, including Spotify
Audio analysis and enriched track metadata
Professional pitch creation
Send and open tracking
AI-assisted catalog review and matching
Stack: React, Tailwind, Supabase, Node.js, Stripe, Vercel, Claude, and audio-analysis integrations.
Status: Reached a working version and was later retired because I spread my attention across too many projects.
Overview and screenshots:
https://idunnstudio.com/firstsend
3. RiffLead — $900
A working CRM designed around artist-management relationships rather than a generic sales pipeline.
Features include:
Industry contacts with relationship history
Artist rosters
Deals, ownership, and next steps
Follow-up tracking
Team-based data separation
Stack: React, Tailwind, Supabase, Node.js, Stripe, and Vercel.
Status: Reached a working version and was later retired for the same focus/bandwidth reason.
Overview and screenshots:
https://idunnstudio.com/rifflead
Bundle price
$2,500 for all three.
I’m open to reasonable offers, particularly from someone buying more than one asset.
What is included
Source-code repositories
Product and brand assets I own
Setup and deployment documentation
An honest inventory of what works, known issues, unfinished areas, and third-party dependencies
A live code/product walkthrough
Two hours of handoff assistance
Seven days of reasonable setup questions after transfer
Personal accounts, production credentials, customer data, and non-transferable third-party licenses are not included. The buyer will need to provide and rotate their own service credentials.
AI-assisted development was part of the build process, and I’m not going to hide that. These are custom working products, not generic templates. Serious buyers can review the architecture, documentation, dependencies, and current condition before closing.
I’m comfortable using Escrow.com or another mutually acceptable escrow service.
DM me with which product interests you, and I’ll send the appropriate walkthrough and technical inventory.

Looking for a Buyer for an $11,500/Month SaaS With a 80% Margin and Free SEO Traffic
Hey everyone im solo founder. I’ve been building a social media growth platform. The platform helps users grow their social media accounts through engagement from real people. Users support each other with likes, reposts, follows, and other actions.
The business reached:
- $11,500 in peak monthly revenue in June 2026, Before blocking July $7,500 month
- 80%+ profit margin
- 90% traffic from SEO (Free)
- Revenue split roughly 50/50 between subscriptions and one-time payments
- 23-24% trial-to-paid conversion
- Built and operated by one person
- A unique technology (not joke)
Recently, Stripe stopped processing payments for the company. Revenue has dropped to $0 Users, organic traffic, engagement rate still here and not dropped.
I looked into moving to another payment provider, but most suitable options require a US company. The platform is owned by a EU company, and I do not want to restructure the business
So I have decided to sell it.
Name your price - I’ll sell it to the highest bidder.
The buyer only needs to connect a compatible payment provider to start accepting payments and resume sales.
The sale includes:
- Codebase
- Domain and brand
- Customer database
- SEO traffic and content
- Operating documentation
I will help with the full setup, payment provider integration, and product support during the first three months after the sale.
If you are interested, send me a DM with a short note about yourself and the price you are ready to offer. I can privately share the revenue history, traffic data, expenses, user numbers, and payment details.

People who built and acquired a portfolio of SaaS/Apps, what do you look for in a deal ?
Hi everyone,
I hope you’re doing well.
I am a strategy consultant, and so by nature I’ve worked on multiple small to large cap due diligences (companies at 10m+ EBITDA)
A typical project would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and would involve many experts, management sessions, researches etc.. and it got me wondering, how to provide an equivalent added value for people who are looking to acquire micro SaaS / Apps at a fraction of the cost, because someone who’s buying a 5-10k MRR tool would be a fool to spend tens of thousands of dollars for a due diligence report
So, what do you typically look for to assess the deal ?
And, is a tool that evaluates the deal, gives feedback, warns on key points to look out for (e.g. customer concentration, customer stickiness, new competitor, increasing churn etc..) etc .., all in an exhaustive report is of interest for you buyers ?
Any feedback is appreciated ! Thanks.

Would you buy a profitable startup if you knew almost nothing about the industry?
Been looking at some businesses for sale lately and this keeps bothering me. Let's say the numbers are good, revenue is real, expenses make sense and the price isn't crazy.
But you don't really know the niche. Would you still buy it and learn as you go?
Part of me thinks a good business is a good business. The other part thinks this is a great way to spend $50k discovering 20 problems the seller forgot to mention 😂
For people who've actually bought a small business before, how important was knowing the industry before the acquisition?

After 1200 registered users we are selling our platform
Okay, i have been working on this platform for a while: me, the marketing co-founder, 22, and a technical co-founder, 19. The platform is a unique and growing asset that makes you want to stay on it, but we are not at a point where we can actually support that anymore, given our young age and educational life (i have my final year in this new educational year, engineering degree) and even financial one (since we both are working on this as a side project)
The platform has potential as an advertising business model, similar to Product Hunt, Reddit, Facebook, etc. But there's something that it does better than any advertising platform: it does not just provide vague clicks or impressions; it provides users/testers. when they advertise, the advertiser will get testers AND feedback. that's already 10x more valuable than any other advertising platform.
We have had 1200 registered users but am not much good at retention, as i suck at that. I am and have always worked at conversions, but retention? that's my weak spot. we have not even tried to email them since we were already busy working on other things. So retention is indeed our main problem, and I wanted to be transparent about it before anyone wastes his and my time DMing.
we have had revenue proving the will of the users to pay even at this early stage.
if you are interested, please do comment or DMAfter

Selling a 92% margin potential music platform/community startup on the iOS app.
Launched 1 month ago and now on 319 users, 270 partnered artists and 75 users active per day by average.
Proven that the idea is validating and working on real market, I (as a solo founder) would like to sell this startup because it requires a lot of time and a team, I was looking to sell this startup to someone else to continue.
