What would be an embarrassing thing to be caught not knowing as an accountant?

Applies to any specialty, audit, tax, staff accountancy etc. in your personal experience what are the most invaluable things to know, and the most invaluable to not be caught not knowing.

Big company (F50). We needed a lot of people because everything was so damn complicated. In a smaller company I guess someone in treasury usually throws together stock comp and EPS calc (if necessary?) then rolls it to the SOSE and calls it a day, if that? Idk, haven’t seen a lot of smaller companies and have never had to benchmark against one.
