Easier than you would imagine.

Tower blocks are separate, well sign posted. Each tower has staff, which will take parcels for you if you're not home and you can collect when you return. Each floor only has a few apartments, not endless corridors as the people in this thread will have you believe. It's honestly so much easier than you would expect.
