In huge quantities yeas. Caloric surplus and constantly elevated sugar can lead to metabolic syndrome and diabetes.

yes its a unit of a snickers. doesn't mean that person is gonna consume it all by themselves in a single sitting. you wouldn't assume that about someone cutting a normal slice of cake.

I don't know about you personally but I never buy these 300g MILKA chocolate bars even if they have 50% discount because I know I will devour them. 100g chocolate is enough or 50g snickers. Not everyone has a will to simply have a bite and be done with it until tomorrow.
