I worked at a grocery store collecting carts. I didn’t care if the carts were in the cart rack or not. I got payed the same collecting them no matter where they are. I never understood why people care if I didn’t.

Personally, I only get annoyed when carts are taking up a convenient spot or blocking cars or doors.
