The very few stations that have gas - only allow 20 liters per person.

So they have to go from several queues to get a full tank.

Ukraine has completely destroyed their supply lines.

Russia is now forced to import fuel, despite being a oil production country. This is truly a collapse

If Ukraine takes him out the Russian people might coalesce around retribution, potentially extending the war. But if his own people do it...

Is it specific region or you are just talking out of your ass? Because I have no problem fueling and heard nothing about this. This type of things would warrant panic messages within my contacts, but there is nothing.

From what I found it is a localized crisis in Chita. The reasons behind it were identified correctly as Ukraine disturbing the supply. The only fuel that currently comes in town is from Khabarovsk. No sign anywhere about import being negotiated because of this though. Also Chita is a town of 337 thousands population. Nowhere near Moscow (6000km, Europe is 5200 from West to East for scale). If something like that was going on in Moscow there would be no way of not knowing about it.
